Baby Max!!
Baby Max Logan Sperry was born this morning 07/07/08 at 7:20. He weighed 6lbs. 9oz. and was 20 1/2 in. long. We were all enjoying a game of Skip Bo at Grandma and Grandpa Coats in Rupert when Emily's water broke and we booked down to Salt Lake. We entered the Hospital around 9:30 and nestled in for the long haul. By midnight little Max's heart rate had slowed considerably and wasn't handling labor particularly well. Around 2:30 Emily had dilated to a 6 but by 6:00 she hadn't progressed any further. His heart rate still concerned the doctors and at 7:00 we were in the OR having a C-section. Everything went great and we're blessed to have a beautiful bouncing new baby boy. Grdma and Grpa Coats came down and helped welcome Max into the world. He was born and never hardly cried a peep, just looked around quietly. We'll be in the hospital till Thursday, thanks everyone for your prayers and encouragement, we love you all!
